Construction Documentation
In the Construction Documentation phase, all construction drawings are finalized, including any shop drawings from subcontractors. Every detail is meticulously documented through drawings, schedules, and specifications to ensure clarity and precision. Once the documents are approved, they are issued for construction, paving the way for a seamless execution of the design.
Construction Administration
At Open Gate Design, we manage the final stages with precision and care. Proposals for furniture, fixtures, appliances, and accessories are presented to the client for approval. Once approved, orders are placed, and we coordinate with vendors, shipping companies, and subcontractors to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our team conducts site visits during installations and deliveries to oversee the process and ensure the quality and integrity of every product.
